Job Responsibilities:
- Act as primary or secondary auditor in market data compliance audits, prepare audit reports and transform massive data into meaningful analysis reports
- Perform checking on unauthorized use and dissemination of market data and coordinate solution with relevant parties
- Translate internal policies and guidelines into practice, review and make suggestions to ensure operating procedures to ensure alignment.
- Handle day-to-day operations such as client usage report importation, client invoice and payment follow up etc.
- Other ad-hoc back-office work
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, major in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 - 2 years finance, accounting, audit or equivalent experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, able to complete repetitive tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, strong written skills in Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge in other data analytics tools is a plus
